Homemade Chai Recipe 

Ingredients:

25grams of Black Tea, 2 Black Cardamom, teaspoon of fennel seeds, 2 star anise, 3 cloves  1 Cinnamon stick & Ginger. 

Crush the Masala Mix using a mortar & pestle (Black cardamom, fennel seeds, star anise, Cinnamon & cloves)

Chop up a tablespoon of fresh ginger.

Instructions:

Boil 2 cups of water on the stove 

Add the crushed masala mix & ginger

Boil for 2 to 3 minutes 

Add Black tea and boil for 2 minutes

Add sugar, stevia or maple syrup whichever you prefer

Add 1 cup of milk (you can use coconut or almond milk) 

Add more milk if needed

Boil for 2 to 3 minutes 

Use your tea strainer while pouring your masala chai into your cup and enjoy!
